Donald Trump is a very successful free-enterprise guy, and he made his fortune in the real estate market – which is 100% in favor of private property.
Kamala Harris is a government lawyer. She earned the reputation, as a nasty boss, so nasty even ideology cannot hold her team together.
One thing is certain. Harris is no Margaret Thatcher nor a Golda Meir.
It is a perfect profile of the socialist state at work. The first victim of socialism is the working man and woman, and the crowning glory of American socialism at work is the typical homeless camp.
This election is not going to solve these issues, but setting aside personalities, one candidate will advance the cause of free enterprise because it is in his blood. The other candidate will advance the socialist cause because that is all she knows.

Candidate Biden, at least, had a lengthy political career that the public could be impressed upon to recall. And yet even for Biden, the powerless puppet modus operandi of his presidency became impossible to pretend away when he mumbled, stumbled and fumbled his way through the June debate with Trump. Biden was forced out of the race and his feckless vice president, Kamala Harris, was installed as the replacement candidate for the presidency.
Harris represents the next stage of the empty-suit presidency. There is barely even a pretense that she has the expertise or qualifications to be president of the United States; it’s all about “joy” and “brat” and “vibes,” thinking about “what can be,” unburdened by having to explain the Marxist origins of what that really is.
[…]A vote for Trump is a vote for retaking control of our nation. A vote for Harris isn’t a vote for “freedom” or “joy.” It is a decision to cede further control to the anti-American globalists, cultural Marxists, multinational corporatists, radical, anti-human environmentalists, weaponized law enforcement and other unelected members of the bureaucratic “deep state,” pulling the strings behind the curtain.
Don’t vote for the empty suit.

I’ve been feeling a deep sense of unease as Election Day approaches. It’s anyone’s guess what will happen, with opinions ranging from rampant fraud to a Trump victory “too big to rig.”
There have been many discussions about what happens next, especially if Trump wins. In the past, we’ve had riots, looting, arson and anarchy, which helped establish violence as an acceptable form of political discourse for the left. Regardless of who wins (or is announced the winner), chaos is likely to erupt. In fact, by one poll 76% of Americans are worried about post-election violence. What will next week bring?
[…]A quote of unknown origin goes as follows: “If you collect 100 black ants and 100 red ants and put them in a glass jar, nothing will happen. But if you take the jar, shake it violently and leave it on the table, the ants will start killing each other. Reds believe that black is the enemy, while black believes that red is the enemy, when the real enemy is the person who shook the jar. The same is true in society. Men vs Women, Black vs White, Faith vs Science, Young vs Old etc. Before we fight each other, we must ask ourselves: Who rocked the jar?”
As much contempt as I feel for leftist policies – and as much as I’m tempted to blame leftists for every ill plaguing America at the moment – I have to remember one thing: They’re just ants. So are we. The real enemy is whoever is shaking the jar. What invisible hand is agitating the ants? Who is orchestrating the destruction? Who stands to benefit from the fall?

An America under (God forbid) President Harris is an America besieged with so many illegal alien criminals and foreign terrorists so as to make the last four already-horrific years look positively paradisical. An America under (God forbid) President Harris is one where American manufacturing continues to deteriorate, stifling electrical vehicle mandates destroy the American auto industry, oil and natural gas restrictions lead to skyrocketing energy prices, and mass spending once again brings crippling inflation. An America under (God forbid) President Harris is one where the Supreme Court is packed, the lower courts are stacked with radical Constitution-hating progressives, and the Department of Justice is weaponized like never before against Democrats’ political enemies. An America under (God forbid) President Harris is one where Iran gets the bomb, jihadism is emboldened both at home and abroad, China invades Taiwan and makes ever-greater inroads in our own hemisphere, and Israel is as diplomatically and militarily isolated as it has ever been.
[…]Ultimately, the 2024 election presents us with the opportunity to pick a definitive side in America’s roiling cold civil war, which this column has often phrased as that between the forces of civilizational sanity and the forces of civilizational arson. Trump and Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, represent the former: They are the ticket, above all, of normalcy. Harris and Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minn., by contrast, embody the latter: They are the ticket, above all, of decadence. It is not an exaggeration to say that our constitutional structure, biblical inheritance and middle-class economy are all on the ballot this Tuesday.
Here’s hoping team sanity prevails over the arsonists.

Today is probably the most anticipated and prostituted presidential election days in the history of our Republic. This presidential election is in a sense the political equivalent to the culmination of a championship-boxing trilogy coming down to a true champion and a pod-person.
In the pod-person side of the political ring is a massively untalented and incapable individual for whom the assignation of “candidate” forces the redefining of eponymous. On the other side of the political ring is the true champion of the people, whose record of accomplishment speaks for itself regardless of the relentless attempts to malign and destroy him.
That being said, this contest is about Democrat usurpation of power, neo-Leninist behavioral control, and oligarchical control by Republican elites.
[…]We must turn out in unprecedented numbers. We must all be cellphone reporters. We must use our mobile phones to take photos of anything that seems suspicious, no matter how seemingly insignificant. We must take it upon ourselves to watch drop-boxes. We must be alert and observant for the almost certain middle of the night boxes of ballots suddenly being dropped off.
Our victory must be too big to be stolen.

The left’s goal is to make it socially unacceptable to not support Harris. It’s why so many Washington Post staffers melted down when the paper refused to endorse her.
[…]The fury didn’t stem from the belief that the paper’s endorsement would have swayed key undecided voters. The fury is that it’s now OK to point out that Harris has long been wearing the “Emperor’s New Clothes.”

Do you want to know why Donald Trump ran for office even though he was a billionaire? Do you want to know why Donald Trump didn’t get us into any wars? Do you want to know why Donald Trump put in place a middle-class tax break? Do you want to know why Donald Trump got nations to sign the Abraham Accords? Do you want to know why Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel? Do you want to know why Donald Trump wanted to end the war in Afghanistan and bring our troops home? Do you want to know why Donald Trump shut down his administration’s thriving economy during the COVID pandemic?
Do you want to know why Donald Trump took a bullet through his ear and yet stood up, pumped his fist and said, “fight, fight, fight”? Do you want to know why Donald Trump went back to Bulter, Pennsylvania, and continued his speech saying, “As I was saying”? Do you want to know why Donald Trump left a bulletproof shielded area to administer aid and hug a woman who had fainted during a North Carolina rally? Do you want to know why Donald Trump is willing to talk to anybody and everybody in open unscripted interviews? Do you want to know why Donald Trump went to McDonald’s, made fries and served at the drive-thru? Do you want to know why Donald Trump put on an orange reflective vest and showed up in a garbage truck after Democrats once again insulted his supporters, calling them “garbage”?
My wife said it best. She said, “Trump really loves the people.”
