CNS Still Distorting Judicial Nominee

Posted on June 23, 2010

CNSNews.com’s Fred Lucas already has a stellar record of distorting the record of judicial nominee Robert Chatigny. He does so again in a June 23 article rehashing once again the Michael Ross case — downplaying once again the fact that Chatigny was cleared of any wrongdoing in the case, including Lucas’ newly raised charge that Chatigny had contact with the case as an attorney before he presided over it as a judge.
