Donald Trump can’t get over the fact that he lost the presidency in 2020, and WorldNetDaily — which has long peddled bogus conspiracy theories about the election — is happy to feed that narrative. Bob Unruh pushes that narrative again in a June 20 article:
President Donald Trump is calling for a special prosecutor to investigate and prosecute fraud that may be found in the 2020 presidential election results.
That was the election that installed Joe Biden in the Oval Office, after he ran a campaign from the basement of his home, and there were multiple cases of election fraud.
According to the legacy media, he beat Trump, who had installed a thriving economy in the nation, rebuilt America’s image around the world and tackled a long list of other problems, like high taxes.
Besides the fraud that was discovered, there were two major undue influences, including one that a pollster discovered probably cost Trump the election.
The first influence was Mark Zuckerberg’s decision to hand out hundreds of millions of dollars, through foundations, to mostly leftist local elections officials who often used the money to recruit voters in Democrat districts.
Never before had such a sum of private money been used to influence a U.S. election, and it prompted multiple states to ban that activity.
Not Unruh’s wording of Biden being “installed” as president instead of admitting the fact that he won the election. And as we documented, Unruh has never offered evidence that Zuckerberg-funded voter registration drives specifically targeted Democrats, and more Republican-controlled counties applied for and got money from the foundation.
Unruh then rehashed Hunter Biden conspiracy theories:
The bigger influence was the FBI’s decision to interfere. It did so by advising legacy and social media outlets to suppress information contained in a laptop computer abandoned by Hunter Biden that confirmed scandalous details about the Biden family’s business operations.
That advice came at a time that the FBI knew the details were accurate.
Congress later determined members essentially were running an international influence peddling scheme that netted millions of dollars.
But the laptop details were true, and that information largely was withheld from American voters.
As we’ve also documented, it was reasonable to question the veracity of the laptop story at the time, given that it surfaced as an October surprise during the election and promoted by pro-Trump interests.
Meanwhile, Wayne Allyn Root ranted in a June 21 column:

The 2020 election was stolen.
I’ve known this for five years. You’ve known this for five years. I’ve said all along – the key to President Donald Trump’s second term is PROVING it. That is what just happened. The evidence has been found. What happens next will change everything.
FBI Director Kash Patel has forwarded documents hidden by the FBI on a Chinese plot to steal the 2020 election by mass producing fake voter IDs to allow fraudulent mail-in voting by illegal aliens – including Chinese nationals in the U.S.
Actually, that is an unsubstantiated claim made by an unidentified confidential FBI source. Despite this complete lack of evidence, Root continued to rant:
The stolen election allowed Democrats to open the border – to carry out the intentional destruction of America. This is what allowed them to welcome in over 20 million illegal aliens who would vote Democrat forevermore – which would turn America into a one-party socialist state.
The stolen election allowed Democrats to insert their social justice, DEI and transgender agenda into all aspects of our society – colleges, corporations, government, even the military.
The stolen election put Democrats in control of the “Censorship Industrial Complex,” allowing them to censor, silence, ban, demonize and persecute conservatives and critics of all kinds.
The stolen election allowed Democrats to weaponize government to persecute Trump and his allies. They tried to bankrupt him, demonize him and send him to prison for life.
With Trump out of the way, and MAGA voters demoralized, no Republican would ever win again, and therefore no one would ever investigate the stolen election.
Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, the stolen election allowed Biden and whoever controlled Biden (I’m guessing Obama and Soros) to mandate the COVID vaccine, thereby forcing millions of Americans to be vaccinated against their will. Then after the fact, they used the media to cover up all the deaths and injuries from the COVID vaccine disaster.
Needless to say, Root doesn’t bother to back up any of this.
