WorldNetDaily’s hatred for transgender people tends to ramp up when a transgender person is involved in a mass shooting. An anonymously written Feb. 11 article stated:
Authorities report that nine victims and the shooter, identified as a transgender youth, are dead after a mass shooting at a Canadian school.
According to a report at Global News, the massacre happened at the Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in British Columbia.
[…]Authorities did not immediately release the identity of the dead suspect, but news organizations on social media promptly identified him as Jesse Strang, described as “a teen boy dressed as a girl.”
The anonymous author failed to identify the shooter that way — it appears to be a right-wing Canadian radio host named Odessa Orlewicz — but most educated people understand that cross-dressing does not equate to being transgender.
Joe Kovacs followed on another shooting case in a Feb. 17 article:
National outrage is erupting in the wake of Monday’s murder-suicide committed by a crazed transgender dad who identified as woman, the latest high-profile case of gun violence perpetrated by someone swapping genders.
Robert Dorgan, who identified as “Roberta Esposito” and “Roberta Dorgano” shot and killed his two family members and injured three others before turning the gun on himself at a high-school hockey game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The bloodshed occurred less than a week after 18-year-old Jesse Van Rootselaarm who identified as a woman, shot and killed six people at a school in British Columbia, Canada, critically injuring two, and wounding about 25 others.
One day before the Rhode Island shooting, Dorgan responded to an online comment originally posted by actor Kevin Sorbo, who noted that transgender Democrat Congressman Tim “Sarah” McBride “is a man.”
[…]Conservative champion Ann Coulter noted: “Normally, a white male committing a mass public shooting at a hockey game in a working class town would be catnip to our media. They are strangely silent on this one.”
Coulter added: “Long after the shooter was identified as a transgender who shot his wife and kids at a hockey game in R.I, the @nytimes has STILL not told it’s readers anything more than that it was a ‘targeted event.'”
Because it was, in fact, a targeted event. As we noted when the Media Research Center freaked out about this, Dorgan’s wife filed for divorce five years earlier, citing “narcissistic + personality disorder traits,” and he later underwent gender reassignment surgery.
Liz Wheeler, author of Author of “Hide Your Children: Exposing the Marxists Behind the Attack on America’s Kids,” indicated: “The transgender ideology is INTENDED to turn people into killers. When you take a mentally ill person, constantly tell them they’re marginalized & oppressed, and that their oppressors (whites, Christians, males, the family unit) are about to commit a genocide … What do you think is gonna happen?!
“The trans ideology is intended to be the Marxist vanguard, using ‘trans’ people as the kamikazes to start the violent revolution. The sooner we recognize this as a society, the sooner the constant trans violence is stopped.”
Kovacs offered no counterpoint to Wheeler’s wild, conspiratorial rantings.
