Like Newsmax, the rest of the ConWeb worked up some manufactured outrage over Mark Cuban saying that Donald Trump doesn’t surround himself with strong and intelligent women. Justice Brooke Murray petulant raged in an Oct. 31 post:
Shocker! The ideology that claims to support women doesn’t actually support women.
In an interview with “The View,” Leftist billionaire Mark Cuban admitted his feminism cuts off for women who refuse to vote his way.
“Donald Trump…you never see him around strong, intelligent women,” he mansplained to former Trump spokeswoman Alyssa Farah Griffin.
Of course, ever since she threw her former boss under the bus to score a cozy talk show position, Griffin passes Cuban’s litmus test.
Of course, Cuban didn’t actually say what Murray and her fellow right-wing ideologues claim he said. When Cuban later pointed that out, Murray went into sneer mode:
In a desperate attempt to put toothpaste back in the tube, Cuban “clarified” in an X post that he was merely bashing Trump for finding smart women, “intimidating.”
It sounds like he’s projecting.
“I know many strong, intelligent women voting for Trump. Including in my extended family. I’m certainly not saying female voters are not smart, strong and intelligent,” Cuban insisted.
Except that’s exactly what he suggested. His comments section isn’t forgiving him anytime soon for saying the quiet part out loud.
[…]Everyone knows he only believes women deserve a voice, as long as they voice opinions they’re told to.
This coming from a female writer who was ordered to write about this.
Of course, Murray’s employer only likes women when they voice conservatively correct opinions. Earlier this year, the MRC attacked an all-female city council in Minnesota as “far-left” and dismissing it as ” Affluent, White, Female, University-educated, and Liberal.” We’ve also noted that, it a similar vein to Murray’s post, the MRC’s Alex Christy complained that Fareed Zakaria pointed out that Christian nationalism doesn’t like women who are too “uppity” without ever rebutting the claim — while Murray’s predecessor in her MRC, Tierin-Rose Mandelburg, dreamed of giving up her strength and independence to be subservient to a man: “One of the only things that wake me up every day is the idea that one day I’ll get to homeschool my kids, honor God and serve my husband.”
Jorge Bonilla kept up the faux outrage in a Nov. 1 article:
As the 2024 presidential campaign winds down, the Regime Media seek to mitigate any potentially costly gaffes by Team Harris and/or the campaign’s surrogates. Case in point, the suppression of billionaire Mark Cuban’s disgusting remarks on The View, wherein he stated that former President Donald Trump never surrounds himself with strong, intelligent women.
Of the three Regime Media newscasts, only the NBC Nightly News mentioned Cuban’s gross remarks, and did so briefly:
It’s unclar why Bonilla found Cuban’s remark’s “disgusting” and “gross,” given his record of endorsing gross and disgusting lies about Haitian immigrants eating pets in Ohio when spread by J.D. Vance.
Meanwhile, WorldNetDaily’s Bob Unruh similarly ranted about Cuban in an Oct. 31 article:
Democrats have unveiled a new campaign strategy in the waning days of the 2024 presidential race: Insults.
Just a day ago, Joe Biden called Trump supporters “garbage.”
He was following the footsteps of Hillary Clinton, who previously insisted conservatives are “deplorables” and Barack Obama, who famously said they cling to their Bibles and their guns.
Now billionaire Mark Cuban, campaigning for Democrat Kamala Harris this year, claimed that no “strong, intelligent” woman ever are with Trump.
“Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women,” he said while campaigning on a television show. “Ever. It’s just that simple.”
Which triggered a few responders online, including one who said, “It’s appalling to see Mark Cuban demean millions of strong, intelligent women who proudly support President Trump. Dismissing these women simply because of their political beliefs is not only disrespectful but exposes the arrogance and elitism that many on the left carry.”
If these female Trump supporters are so strong and intelligent, why is Unruh citing only anomymous comments in support?
