Dick Morris spent the 2024 election shilling for Donald Trump at Newsmax — he’s a Trump adviser, after all. He backed off a bit on his Newsmax appearances as the election drew closer, but afterward, he was back to full-time Trump-shilling (and a little residual Kamala Harris-bashing):

Morris also wrote a Dec. 11 column praising New York City Mayor Eric Adams for moving right (or “triangulating,” in Morris’ parlance) ahead of a re-election bid later this year:
With Black men shifting to Trump, New York City Mayor Eric Adams is joining the parade. While other Democratic mayors, like Denver’s Mike Johnson, are vowing to resist the deportation policies of the incoming Trump White House, Adams is rising above the Democratic swamp to back the incoming administration’s policy of deporting illegal immigrants who committed serious crimes on arrival.
Risking his political fortunes as he faces a re-election test in 2025, he’s throwing out a challenge to the cancel culture that has conquered his party (and not much else).
[…]For his part, by focusing the issue of crime in New York City on the unwelcome presence of repeat and likely future criminals and heralding Trump’s deportation policy as a cure, Adams could both embrace deportations as a solution and open the door to an even broader alliance with Trump.
So don’t count Adams out in 2025.
There are plenty of votes in the fields Adams is exploring.
Morris also contributed to the right-wing narrative against George Soros in a Jan. 4 appearance:
It’s one thing for President Joe Biden to give high honors to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or former Rep. Liz Cheney, but it sent a “free-for-all” message to award Democrat philanthropist George Soros, Dick Morris, an adviser for President-elect Donald Trump, told Newsmax on Saturday.
“He can give awards to Hillary, who served as secretary of state, and Liz Cheney, who served in Congress, but when he gave an award to George Soros, who has never had a position in the American government and has been complicit and been instrumental in defrauding people in our elections, that just was incredible,” said Morris on Newsmax’s “The Count.”
[…]Morris said that giving Soros an award shows a “free-for-all” and sends the message that “the Biden people had hoped that this election could be stolen.”
“They’d hoped that the election irregularities of 2020 could be repeated and intensified, and [President-elect] Donald Trump wouldn’t let that happen,” said Morris. “He cracked down on fraudulent voting in most of the swing states. You saw very little of that in Georgia and North Carolina, which were epicenters of fraud in the last election … when you see the difference that honesty and integrity make and the vote counts, you really appreciate that.”
Morris offered no evidence that Democrats engaged in “election irregularites,” either now or in 2020.
