A new report from the RAIR Foundation alleges the police department in New York City, which suffered incredible losses with thousands dead in the 9/11 attacks by Muslims, now is being indoctrinated into Islam, pushed to learn about Islam, even participate in Islam’s events.
RAIR, which stands for Rise, Align, Ignite, Reclaim, explains it is a “grassroots activist and investigative journalism organization made up of everyday Americans.”
Its report is in a 5-minute video presentation.
It explains there currently is in training at the city’s policy academy a recruit who has “reportedly requested a religious exemption from saluting the American flag—asserting that his Islamic beliefs prohibit him from doing so because he may only praise Allah.”
“According to retired NYPD Lieutenant John Macari Jr., an anonymous law-enforcement source confirmed that the recruit submitted a formal ‘reasonable accommodation’ request seeking exemption from a mandatory requirement for uniformed officers,” the report said.
This being Unruh, he gives nobody an opportunity to respond to the accusations — a fundamental violation of standard journalistic practices. But there’s other stuff he’s omitting as well. The RAIR Foundation is far from a “grassroots” group — it was founded by Amy Meklenberg, who’s famous for spewing anti-Muslim hate under the nom de Twitter Amy Mek until she was outed in 2018. Macari, meanwhile, is best known as running a podcast that’s highly critical of current NYPD management for supposedly not being sufficiently right-wing.
In other words, this attack is forwarded by people best known for attacking. Too bad Unruh didn’t trust you with that important information.
