WND Still Repeating Right-Wing Attacks On Judge For Ruling Against Trump

Posted on February 4, 2026

WorldNetDaily continued to rant against judge James Boasberg for the offense of ruling against President Trump, and Joe Kovacs served up more Trump stenography in a March 30 article:

President Donald Trump is again blasting left-leaning judges who are taking extraordinary measures to thwart his deportations of violent criminal illegal aliens.

“People are shocked by what is going on with the Court System,” Trump said Sunday on Truth Social.

“I was elected for many reasons, but a principal one was LAW AND ORDER, a big part of which is QUICKLY removing a vast Criminal Network of individuals, who came into our Country through the Crooked Joe Biden Open Borders Policy!

[…]

“If it was up to District Judge Boasberg and other Radical Left Judges, nobody would be removed, the President wouldn’t be allowed to do his job, and people’s lives would be devastated all throughout our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

The president has previously pushed for the impeachment of Judge James Boasberg, labeling him a “troublemaker” as the federal judge unsuccessfully ordered deportation planes in the air to return criminals back to the U.S.

Trump on Sunday also reposted a message by Mike Davis, the former chief counsel for nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and founder and president of the Article III Project, which defends constitutionalist judges and the rule of law.

Davis urged Trump: “Please revoke Judge Boasberg’s security clearance. He has demonstrated he cannot be trusted with keeping secrets.”

Bob Unruh served up his own anti-Boasberg screed in an April 16 article:

A federal judge is threatening President Donald Trump and his administration with criminal contempt charges for removing illegal aliens, those who also were described as members of violent criminal gangs, from America.

The judge had ordered several jetliners carrying the deportees, apparently already in flight, to turn around and bring the criminals back to America, and the administration didn’t, as it explained the flights already were in international airspace and the judge had no authority for his order.

Now the judge, James Boasberg, who is well known for his open antagonism for the president, has unleashed his ire.

He claims to have decided there was “cause” to hold Trump administration officials in criminal contempt for refusing to follow his political ideology.

Boasberg now alleges the administration can “clear” the contempt by following his latest strategy to accommodate illegals, likely members of criminal gangs.

Unruh took refuge in hiding behind another country:

The demand for “steps” suggests that the judge is insisting the criminals be brought back to the United States, a move that the president of El Salvador where they now are imprisoned has said, in another similar high-profile case, won’t happen.

The judge, in his opinion, said he had decided that the administration’s actions were a “willful disregard” for the court.

Of course, the judge has no resources to enforce his “contempt” campaign.

Unruh didn’t actually dispute anything Boasberg said, or explain why Trump should be allowed to continue his “willful disregard” for the court.

Kovacs served up more Boasberg hate in an April 20 article:

A top Republican senator says the federal district judge who has opposed President Donald Trump’s deportation flights of violent, criminal illegal aliens apparently wants to be president instead of his current position on the bench.

“It can’t be like getting an act of Congress every time you want to export a dangerous violent felon illegal immigrant,” Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said on “Sunday Morning Futures” on the Fox News Channel.

“And yet, you’ve got people like Judge [James] Boasberg who apparently wish they had gone into politics and would rather be serving as president of the United States than a federal district judge who are essentially cosplaying as chief executive officers of the United States government.”

Unruh touted another attack in a May 28 article:

A long list of dozens of judges at the entry level to the federal court system have issued nationwide injunctions against President Donald Trump and his voter-endorsed agenda to cut waste and fraud, remove illegal alien criminals and more.

They’ve insisted on claiming the power to make decisions for the executive branch, even to the level of personnel hirings and firings.

And they’ve threatened the administration with contempt for not following their opinions.

But Congress now is formulating a response to that leftist agenda, a response that would withdraw the authority of those judges to enforce their own orders unless there was a bond posted when they issued the injunction.

[…]

“Last month, Rep. Darrell Issa’s, R-Calif., bill to block district courts’ ability to issue nationwide injunctions passed the House. Another attempt came from Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, who introduced articles of impeachment against District Judge James Boasberg, who blocked the deportation of Venezuelan migrants. Boasberg has threatened contempt proceedings over the order,” the report explained.

Democrats argue the plan to have judges require bonds, or lose the ability to enforcement their rulings, is unconstitutional.

Of course Unruh doesn’t play up that part.

David Kupelian called out Boasberg in the June issue of his sparsely read Whistleblower magazine:

The drama has sometimes reached almost comical heights, with one jurist – James Boasberg, the chief judge of the United States District Court in Washington, D.C. – actually ordering planes carrying Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador to turn around mid-flight and bring back those criminals to the U.S.! Fortunately, the Trump administration did not comply, and Judge Boasberg is now facing a motion for impeachment from the House of Representatives.

Kupelian went on to assert that failure to do Trump’s bidding in court is a “unique and bizarre historical phenomenon Americans are now witnessing daily.” Of course, none of these writers could be bothereed to permit Boasberg to respond to these attacks.
